Title Closing Group, Inc, ("TCG") has been providing superior title services to the parishes surrounding the Lake Pontchartrain for the better part of three decades. Although our home office is in Slidell, La, we routinely travel to surrounding parishes to conduct closings, at no additional expense to the client. TCG is a licensed agent of First American Title Insurance Company and is the proud recipient of the Tier One ALTA Best Practices Certification. TCG is approved for all major lenders in Louisiana.
Aimee Kuykendall, Owner and Notary Public of Title Closing Group, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in title clearance and insurance. Aimee oversees all aspects of residential and commercial closings, with a focus on complex transactions. Her expertise lies in resolving title defects and liens, ensuring smooth property transfers. Aimee's journey began in 2007 as a paralegal and has excelled to an underwriter for First American Title Insurance Company in Louisiana and Mississippi. In 2015, she joined Title Closing Group as a partner and office manager, eventually becoming owner with her mentor and managing attorney, Rex English. Currently, Aimee is pursuing a law degree at Southern University Law Center. Upon graduation, she plans to expand Title Closing Group into family law and estate planning.
